The instructor, the peoplearound you, and the music help keep you motivated.Aerobic dancinginvolves any kindofdanceput to music and can include everything from Zumba.A perfect fitness activitythat combines exercise and fun is aero-dancing. This is followed by an intense andchoreographed dance session. It is a complete body workout in which different musclegroups in the body are exercised.Examples of aerobic exercises include cardiomachines, spinning, running, swimming, walking, hiking, aerobics classes, dancing,cross country skiing, and kickboxing .TaskWith a wide range of workouts that are a part ofaerobicdance, participants can burncalories according to how hard they work during class.
