Schedule 2 drugs are drugs with high potential for abuse, with use potentially leading to severe dependance. 2 schedule 1 drugs are heroin, and LSD. 2 examples of schedule 2 drugs are oxycodone and cocaine. 2. What does is mean when saying that Marijuana use in Connecticut is decriminalized? What is range of what a fine could be for possession of ½ oz. or less of Marijuana? It’s meaning that there’s no prison time or criminal offense for the first time of possession of marijuana for a small amount. The range could be up to one year in jail with a $1,000 fine.
