Alexis Horton A1 The professionals that sparked the greatest interest to me were Mr. Chris K, Mr. Chris C, and Mr. Larry. They interesting were to me because all of them had something to do with engineering. Mr. Chris K was the Civil Engineer, and for a while I considered focusing on that, but decided to go with a different field of engineering. Mr. Chris C was the Transportation Engineer, which I didn’t know was a type of engineering that existed, so learning about it was fascinating. Lastly, there was Mr. Larry, who was the US Army Corps of Engineering Manager. I didn’t really know a lot about the Corps of Engineering, but it seemed motivating to me. The advice at I received that applied to my future the most, was when Mr. Larry mentioned his two key points. Opportunity, and flexibility. I tend to get too caught up in my anti-social life and miss important opportunities that come my way. He also briefly talked about being flexible when it comes to life. His example of how he went
