1. Zappos seems like an amazing company to work for, and it feels like many of their employees enjoy what they do for the company. Zappos is currently well-positioned when it comes to holding a competitive advantage over other online retailers, but there are definitely potential threats that could affect their ability to maintain and enhance their competitive position. The biggest challenge I believe that Zappos faces is that of economic cycles that are constantly changing. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
