Name several basic emotions and identity some common causes and consequences of anger. The basic emotions are happiness, fear and anger. My definition of happiness is being without stress and having positive energy. My definition to having fear is being in state of worries and paranoia. The real definition is having the belief that something is dangerous. On the other hand, anger is defined as a strong feeling of annoyance or displeasure. I know that anger causes many different issues rather it deals with your health or if it is something physical. Anger can cause your blood pressure to rise, heart rate to increase and personally, it caused headaches. Being angry all the time can lead you to having a heart attack. When I get upset, I tend to throw things punch things and scream. This gives me a headache does not go away unless I cry. Crying releases a lot of stress and anger for me. Anger can also cause family and relationship problems. Being angry causes stress and several other health failures.
