Civil Rights Museum Project Welcome, you and a new team have been accepted to work on developing an exhibit in the ne Civil Rights Museum. You will be working with a team to create an exhibit that focuses on one aspect of Civil Rights at any point in US history. Eventually, the whole staff will put the pieces together to create a comprehensive overview of the Civil Rights movement. How? Each group will be chose an aspect of the Civil Rights Movement to research and represent. Ways groups can portray their exhibit include, but are not limited to Diorama Video Montage Poster Collection Scrapbooks Authentic Artifacts Interactive learning sections- games or something visitors can touch Interviews Things to Include: Major events associated with your exhibit Visual Aids Audio aids if possible (songs or newscast) Major news clippings associated with the exhibit Dates associated with the exhibit MLA Citations- cite it all *Strong exhibits combine find multiple ways to represent information.* Rubric Research Guide - We will do more detail in class
