WHES 2085 Journal Project The journal project is designed to help students to recognize patterns in their day-to-day lives. It is meant to be a summary of your week, and a small window into how you behave. When working on the assignment, look for patterns or behaviors that are causing stress or worry. The assignment must be typed and double-spaced to be accepted for credit. To receive your full points, each of the 8 questions that you answer must satisfy the guidelines for the assignment. Each week you will answer all 8 questions. The below questions, and their guidelines, are what you will need to answer each week: 1) How was your week? This is meant to be a short summary of your week’s events. Your answer should be at least 6 to 8 sentences in length. (5pts) My week went very well. It was a typical work week. I work Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6pm. After work I tend to go to the gym at least 3 to 4 times during the week. My trainings are always around an hour and half long. On the days that I don’t go to gym, I run in my neighborhood for about 30 minutes.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
