Evaluate the research questions and hypotheses The article under study focus on the use of course grades when assessing the learning outcomes of an individual for general education. Particularly, the authors in this study wanted to identify how grades influence one’s general education. In doing so, the researchers explored all the attributions, as well as challenges in this topic. To determine whether the article is logically conducted, a series of the checklist are implemented comparing the study with the previous studies. The checklist is applied to the research undertaken by Canfield, Kivisalu, Van Der Karr, King, & Phillips (2015), and it is identified that the research question is clearly defined without terminologies. The hypotheses are sufficiently focused to steer the role of course grades in evaluation or assessment of one’s learning outcomes for general education. More so, the broad idea of
