Rebuttals of HarmsAbuse – criminals are criminals. They will still abuse their kids even if their kids are not homeschooled. Public schoolers are getting abused worse than homeschoolers. (Are homeschoolers getting abused more percentage wise or more number wise).(If they propose to investigate homeschoolers for abuse) – This violates the 4thamendment and the 10thamendmentKids can be abused in public schools by teachers. Most people who don’t like their kids and want to hurt them won’t want to see them so they won’t take them out of school to homeschool them.Minimum Education – homeschoolers are doing fine in school (refutation to this argument-only the smartest kids take these tests). How do we know that kids are not getting a proper education? If the government is dictating how to homeschool, then that’s not really homeschooling. It’s simply public school at home.Socialization – (get more diverse backgrounds) homeschoolers do socialize. They are not totally alone. Some people are okay with not being social.
