The years it takes to become a nurse varies from four to six years, depending on the degrees that you want to get.(This is some of the requirements that its take to become a nurse, In order to become a nurse a registered nurse, one must take the appropriate high school and collegecourses, pursue nursing degrees and understand nursing duties.)When becoming a nurse a person will need proper high school and college classes. “ Taking these classes in high school will give you a headstart in your nursing prerequisites in college: English: 4 years, Math:3-4 years(including algebra and geometry),Science: 2-4 years(including biology and chemistry;physics and computer science are recommended)Social Studies:3-4 years and foreign language:2 years( recommended, but not required)”(starting out). By taking these classes, it would help get a headstart on nursing prerequisites in college, whichmeans that when a person goes to go to college for nursing they would already have a headstart on the classes that they will be taking, which is a good thing, because they would already know most of the material that they will be learning in those coming up college courses. If a person plans on becoming a nurse, they are recommended to take certain college classes, since to be able to become a nurse you need proper education. In all nursing programs, students take classes in physiology, anatomy, chemistry , psychology, microbiology, nutrition, and more social and behavioral sciences,(Also in liberal arts)( How To Become…).
