NOKIA-MICROSOFT CASE 1. In my view, in this case it seems like Nokia want to have a distributive negation strategy. Nokia do not want to merge as Nokia already lost too much share of mobile-phone market with the introduction of smart phone by android and apple so Nokia want to have maximum benefit without any kind of interest for long term relationship while on the other hand Microsoft want to be market leader or at least leave footprint in mobile-phone market and all they want was having a good merger with Nokia as Nokia had Hardware while Microsoft have software both with power of goodwill they can have a good impact on market all over world and can compete with apple and android so Microsoft came with integrative negation strategy. But at the end nit seems like there was distributive negation strategy which is used as Nokia was looking for some one who can pay them more that is higher bidder and Microsoft was looking for partnership and as all we know result Microsoft purchase Nokia’s Mobile business division for $7 billion on September 2013 and in 2015 company was forced to write acquisition of device and service division for $7.17 billion.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
