Customers also expect certain common things that service providers can furnish,” (2015, p. 78). This is an accurate claim because customers have certain expectations that they feel should be met, when coming upon service at an organization. Customers appreciate recognition, civility, timely service, professionalism, fervor, compassion, and patience (Lucas, 2015). The experiences customers have from the first instance of contact with a business will forever affect the customer’s perception of the organization and its employees.
