What are the purposes of training?From your perspective, what are the purposes of training?The purpose of training is to deliver the best knowledge to the employees so theycan perform their task efficiently. How successful are current training programs in your firm for achieving these purposes?They are not perfect but pretty efficient. Everyone conducts training differently and they all have either better more knowledgeable than others.If you asked a fellow worker to give his or her opinion regarding training in this firm, what would his or her response likely be? Depends on their experience.Do you think trainees are motivated to attend training? Explain your response. Yes and No. Yes because they are eager to start gaining on knowledge on how to perform given tasks. No because they want to attend at their own time and most our prone to working individually rather than in a group.Do you think employees in your job experience resistance toward attending training? Doyou have any suggestions for minimizing this resistance? Having the location and timings set beforehand would help and making it to where we do not start late will encourage them to attend, knowing that they will be out on time.What positive consequences are associated with successful completion of training (e.g.,increased pay, greater promotional opportunities, recognition)?
