Answer the questions below, being sure to format answer documents according to the instructions toward the end of this document NOTE: be sure that answers to questions reflect the students’ ability to think critically about the issue of farm labor, immigrant workers and the conditions they work in and their U.S. born children working to supply food to the country. Questions that need answers 1. What is your opinion of the documentary "Harvest of Dignity"? What was the most profound part of the story for you personally? I was a very shocked to hear that living conditions and pay haven’t changed very much since the 1960s. And that these workers are not protected by our government, even though they are registered under H2A. I was under the impression that these camps were regularly inspected by OSHA and other protection agencies. I was not aware that living standards were set so low by the US government for agricultural workers. I do not understand how every other job
