SK-II’s Global Entry and Evaluation 2 Executive Summary The case study fundamentally analyses whether P&G’s should consider projecting SK-11 range of products as a global cosmetic brand. The analysis helps to identify that SK-11 is a cosmetic product range that had achieved formidable sales for that company, and the case study takes into consideration key factors to eliminate the dilemma as to whether or not to accommodate SK-11 in its global product range. Furthermore, the study did consider different elements of the company and SK-11’s product characteristics to derive meaningful conclusions. The case study has considered three major questions according to which the case study is compartmentalised. The analysis ultimately finds that the SK-11 product range does qualify to go global and significantly possesses the potential to become a worldwide product and china would initially be an ideal market for global expansion.
