Evidence based practice projects are ongoing methods to solve problems and obtain the best possible patient outcome. The evidence-based practice method implicates thorough critical appraisal, including synthesis and recommendations for practice, of a body of evidence consisting of numerous studies that combine it with the expertise of the clinician as well as the patient and family predilections and values making it the best choices regarding patient care (Mazurek-Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt, 2019).
