Page 4 Draft 5. 5.2016 I. Preface Research in healthcare involves changing processes and creating better ones. There has been much developed on how to assure quality and effectiveness when making changes in clinical and non-clinical settings. This handbook presents to researchers, in a condensed and digestible way, the most helpful improvement methods available. A broad variety of such methods exist. Described here are those which are most widely used and relevant to the QUERI researcher. Each method is described briefly so that the reader can decide what seems most useful. Further information will be needed to implement any of these methods but this handbook provides a starting point.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
