would like to express my gratefulness to Allah for giving me the patience and strength to complete
my assignment about Mutual Trust Bank within the specified time. I would like to thank my
supervisor Tamanna Parvin Eva , Senior Lecturer, East West University for her heartiest cooperation
and supervision because without his support and assistance it would not be possible for me to
complete my task.
I am also grateful to Aminul Ahsan Sharif ( senior banking officer , Mutual Trust Bank Limited). It
would have been very difficult to prepare this assignment timely without their proper guidance.

Executive Summary
Mutual Trust Bank Limited is one of the leading local banks in our country. There are many
departments and departments of the bank but the focus is more on HRD. Furthermore, from all banks,
Mutual Trust Bank is renowned for good HR practices. I am fortunate that I have had the opportunity
to know this section. How these functioning banks are based on the compensation system in Asia
increases their robust and effective compensation policy skills and motivates employees. The purpose
of this report is to identify compensation management practices and Mutual Trust Bank policies. The
report contains recommendations and conclusions based on our viewpoint, which we believe will
further develop the bank's compensation policies.
