Executive Summary
Mutual Trust Bank Limited is one of the leading local banks in our country. There are many
departments and departments of the bank but the focus is more on HRD. Furthermore, from all banks,
Mutual Trust Bank is renowned for good HR practices. I am fortunate that I have had the opportunity
to know this section. How these functioning banks are based on the compensation system in Asia
increases their robust and effective compensation policy skills and motivates employees. The purpose
of this report is to identify compensation management practices and Mutual Trust Bank policies. The
report contains recommendations and conclusions based on our viewpoint, which we believe will
further develop the bank's compensation policies.
