Natalie Andreasen KINES 3200 Personal Coaching Philosophy – Final Draf Natalie’s Coaching Philosophy My personal coaching philosophy is similar to my philosophy on life which is, “If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you.” I feel that it is very important to live life to its fullest and put forth your best efforts in every situation. Everyone I coach should understand that without challenging yourself you will not see changes. If you don’t challenge yourself, you will not see the changes and results that are possible. When I use the word challenge I mean go out of your comfort zone. By going out of your comfort zone you will be able to learn more about yourself and learn more about the sport or activity you are doing. I believe the keys to success as an athlete are: Hard work and discipline, strong conditioning and strength training, mastering the basic skills and techniques of the game, creating a strong bond and friendship between you and your team, and having fun while doing all of this. Working hard and having discipline are two huge things I want everyone on the team
