When seeking informed consent, the subjects should notify and educated about the following: 1. Ensure the subjects are informed that the subjects are well informed that the study is for research purposes; clearly state the purpose of conducting the research, the duration of the study and the procedures and protocols which are to be followed. 2. Clearly explain to the subjects / participants any possible risks or discomforts that may occur. 3. Ensure a detailed description of the benefits of the research to the subjects or to other persons outside of the study. 4. A disclosure of appropriate alternative procedures or courses of treatment, if any, that might be advantageous to the subject. 5.
