Running head: PROBLEM STATEMENTThe general problem to be addressed is the lack of motivation within an organization which is apparent when the turnover rate is above average leading to a costly to an organization. This lack of motivation is clear when there is a ongoing cycle of new employees.Lack of motivation ends in the organizations lost of revenue when employees leave because of discontent and expenses are encountered when replacing and training new employees. Fortin (2019) shows how turnover rates with companies can be measured mainly with two areas of separation of cost and involuntary separation. A separation from the employer can mean that the employer will have immediate costs to pay when the employee leaves. The costs that the employer endures is if there is severance pay to the employee, any legal fees if there is a lawsuit
