The condition of most of Indonesian people who not respect about Halal and Haram in the food tends to be indifferent to consume a wide variety of products on the market. This condition are apprehensive, considering that Indonesia is a country with a majority of the population of Muslim, even the world, but apparently the Halal status of food is not important to consumed. Manufacturer that produce the product has low control to ensured that they product are Halal. It can be seen from the many outstanding products have not been Halal certified. For a Muslim, halal is the main thing, because it makes no guarantees contrary to Islamic principles. While the guarantee of halal products itself is the legal certainty of a halal products proven by halal certification. Halal certification is a certificate that states the origin of a product issued by a recognized and credible institution (Apriantono et al., 2007). Issa et al. (2009) states that halal certification is one way to inform and to convince consumers that the product is produced not only halal and sharia- compliant, but also hygienic. Halal certification is needed by the consumer especially Muslim to purchase all the product that consume especially cosmetic that they use every day. When they already believe that the product is halal and able to wear every day, it would make them purchase and re-purchase the same product. Based on the fact that halal cosmetic is one concern for the company to increasing the sales except that the company want to make an awareness to the Muslim consumer for using halal product.
