Was making computer equipment for Calldata. Despite a lack of agreement on certain terms, Calldata urged Cyberchron to proceed with production and that all the payment details would be ironed out later. Calldata later terminated the purchase order and Cyberchron sued. Calldata later made a separate order with another company for heavier, inferior products. The trial ct. ruled for Cyberchron and awarded them reliance damages of $162,824 under the theory of promissory estoppel.
