Unformatted text preview: This week, we got in to two different caucus groups and did various activities. We first separated our class into two groups. One group was for girls and the other group was for guys. We then got separated and discussed over our experiences. And two groups got together and girls told us what they dont want to see women doing while guys remained silent. Then guys were asked to repeat what girls said during the silent time. Overall it was a fun activity I think Im hurting from sexism. In our society, guys are expected do various things. Guys are expected to act macho, deal with mechanical problems, be strong independent, and etc. Some times, girlfriends tell me that Im not tough enough and that I should work out more to gain muscles. Even though they are half joking and I take it as joke, I think that I can be hurt from sexism. There are also privileges that I get being a guy. Unlike girls who get criticized from others when they act like they are pimp, I think I have privilege of acting freely with less...
