Maritza Salgado CWV-101 March 1, 2019 Instructor Luke Hoselton "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength" (Mark 12:30; Matt. 22:37; Deut. 6:5). God should be the center of all our lives because God is our sole creator, he suffered, died on a cross to give us eternal life and to vanish our sins, and finally he resurrected. God’s love for humanity is immense and everything he did for us proves it. Even when he was mistreated and disobeyed, he still did as promise because he loves us. Humanity is the pinnacle creation in the image of God. Humans have existed in bodily form from the creation of the world and will exist in eternity with resurrected bodies (1 Corinthians 15:42-53). In the Christian worldview, it is not viewed as something sinful but more like a gift from god to be used for his service and glory. As I said in the introduction, a human’s purpose is for many things, but one main thing is to love and be faithful to god. We are created to know, worship and obey God.
