You are expected to identify your knowledge of HRIS and to make a suggestion about a new piece of technology for each of the weekly learning objectives for HRMT 415 for weeks 2 through 6. Your boss has asked you to discuss one new piece of technology that you could use for each weekly topic (2-6): This technology must be different from any of the technology that you discussed in your week 4-6 paper. Abstract As our company starts to grow exponentially with the new locations, and creation of new departments, and jobs, we will need the technology to assist in the growth. The Human Resource Department has already started the process of implementing this technology to prepare to reach our future goals.
