2APPLE INCAN EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS OF APPLE INCINTRODUCTIONApple Inc is well known electronic brand. Apple Inc was started in 1976 by Steve Jobs and originally began with dealing with computers. Since then, the company has branded out to offer a large variety of products and services. When an organization conducts an external environment analysis, the organization will conduct a primary study and analysis of macro-environment forces, industry analysis, and competitor analysis to determine the organizations current and future growth. Apple Inc does not have a lot of control over external environment forces, but it is critical that Apple Inc understands the organizations strengths match up with external opportunities and threats. Laws and RegulationsApple Inc, like many other technology organizations, have many different laws and regulations that must be followed. This can sometimes come as a challenge for these technology organizations to keep up with. Within the cellar devices that Apple Inc offers, the cellar devices have location settings, as well as, privacy settings that the customer can determine how one wants these features set up. A lot of the cellar device users are unfamiliar with what these setting mean. Apple Inc can always access and use the location setting to determine the location of the customer and send it back to Apple Inc. This information can then be sold to big data companies.This information can be helpful to the big data companies by determining where people go, how long they stay there, and what they buy. The government steps in to determine what the big data companies can do with this information. Government regulation are not very strict, as of now. Apple Inc also must follow government regulations when releasing a new product or service.
