I. PROFILE DESCRIPTION BRIEF HISTORY To own a restaurant has been a dream of Mrs. Bernadith Ipanag. She is an insurance agent and have trusted co-workers which are her friends too. Due to that, an idea struck her. She shared to them her plan of opening a restaurant and encourage them to be her incorporators. They liked the idea and invested money. Last December 8, 2018 that dream turned into a reality. The restaurant was named “Donum Dei” which means “God’s Gift” or “Gift of God” and is located at E-1 University Avenue, Juna Subdivision, Matina, Davao City. It is a fine-dining restaurant which serve two options, buffet and ala-carte. The place has a nice ambiance and classy as well. Donum Dei is a restaurant run by a corporation. Seven months have passed and up until now the business is in good shape and the operation still continues. VISION To serve happiness to our customers through delicious, quality meals and extraordinary restaurant experience while working toward the greater good for our employees, community and environment. MISSION To delight and nourish our customers with healthy, quality and delicious food and excellent service at a reasonable price. To understand our customer’s changing needs and constantly improve our customer experience. To generate a sustainable profit growth for our company’s shareholders. To create long-term relationships with our business partners. 1

CURRENT REVENUE CYCLE a) Policies - Cash are intact in the cashier and subject to reconciliation with their daily sale at the end of the day. - If not reconciled traced the cash shortage/over with their cash voucher - If not traced charged to cashier b) Procedures Flowchart Narrative o Customer will ask a bill o Cashier prepares the Acknowledgment Receipt and the Sales are automatically record to the system o Bring the receipt/bill to the customer and get the payment [can be cash, credit or debit( BDO only)] o Cashier will collect and intact
