The common characteristics of these tools are low risk, short term, good liquidity, and goodreturns. Generally, before investing in long-term instruments, idle funds are used to make theseshort-term investments to obtain a certain return. These investment instruments provide goodliquidity, that is, they can be quickly converted into cash with little or no value loss. Short-terminvestment instruments are the main investment objects of conservative investors.2.Common stockStocks are certificates of share capital ownership issued by shareholding companies toshareholders who have invested capital and bear operating risks. Ordinary shares represent theshare of ownership in a joint-stock company, and represent the owner's right to claim thecompany's property and profits. The owner can regularly obtain the company's distribution incomebased on the shares.
