Delegation of Contract Administration Functions for Logistics Civil
Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) Contract W52P1J-07-D-0009, Task Order 0010 for
Planner and Standard LOGCAP Performance Work Statement (PWS) Services
throughout the United States European Command (EUCOM).

Pursuant to the authority granted to me as Procuring Contracting Officer under the
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 42.302(a), you are hereby delegated to
perform the functions detailed in the attached delegation matrix.
This delegation
authorizes you to perform the tasks listed in the matrix to the extent required by the
terms and conditions of contract W52P1J-07-D-0009, Task Order 0010 and the PWS
for LOGCAP Services throughout EUCOM.
This delegation of authority is effective
