Sociological Imagination
Mills defines the sociological imagination as the vivid awareness of the relationship
between experience and the wider society. My understanding of sociological imagination is to be
able to think ourselves away from the everyday routines of our daily live and to stop out of that
routine with a different look with fresh look at life. I don’t think everybody is capable of
developing this ability. Why not is because it’s an empowering tool that allows us to look beyond
the limited of the understanding the world and some people can’t see themselves developing
