On the other hand, team management requires a plethora of strategies to motivate team members. Let us discuss some of the most effective tactics to bring brainstorming changes in team members. Recognizing and Awarding Employees: According to a survey by snack nation, it is believed that, 79 percent feels appreciating thrifts them to work harder the stellar employees who have proven and contributed strongly during the initial level with fresh ideas suddenly started to decline sloppiness due to lack of motivation (Jeff, 2019). Moreover, recognizing and awarding is a freakishly way to build an emotional connection among the team members and employees. Appreciating to spot bonuses for their hard work in forms of rewards is one of the best ways to motivate the team to greatness (Jeff, 2019). Gamification: Injecting or plotting competitions among the working forces for some of the crucial tasks is an amazing strategy for hitting milestones (Jeff, 2019). Encouraging for this campaign to participate to accept challenges helps the team to deliver outstanding performance. Implementing Individual Development Plan: Identifying by monitoring the performance transparency by recognizing personal and professional goals will boost to improve and gain the overall skills. How should the team manage conflict? Conflicts are the differences or problems in the team working together. Managing conflict is of the inevitable task to perform, as it can disturb and carries a potential risk, confusion, and tension within the team (Sandeep, 2019). Let us discuss some effective ways to deal with conflicts. Communication: Communication is one of the finest ways to resolve the conflict within the team as communication is a dominating way of conversation and the gateway to discuss and make agreements and resolve the issue and helps to build a relationship. Developing a plan to work on Conflicts: Tailoring a plan, rules and procedures are some of the effective methods to deal with conflicts with is based on the difference of opinions, decisions, positions, and strategies (Sandeep, 2019).
