3. In the legal system, the Paralegal role is to assist attorney’s in every aspect in delivering
legal services. These services include, but are not limited to, prepare for hearings, trials
and meetings. The Paralegal will do the preparatory work, assist creating documents and
forms, coordinate procedures and other activities. In many offices a Paralegal will
maintain financial records.
4. Before seeking employment as a Paralegal, it is important to get a well-grounded education
and have developed some necessary skills. A well-grounded education would entail taking
a personal inventory to one’s interests, background and skills to select a specialty field for
courses such as Estate Law, Family Law, Contracts or Justice System to name a few. The
