The vision of the business is, To become the best Mamil service provider in Australia, in which all customers rely on to satisfy their tour needs. Following chart shows the proposed organizational structure. The management plan and how the unit will be managed Tour Guide Team: Initially, the team consists of 3 personnel who take care of assigning suitable guides for tours as required and suited for customers, making sure that the guides take proper training at right time, and working on customer demand surveys. Under these three coordinators, there are 9 other guides who take rides with Mamils and guide them throughout the journeys.
