Define Organizational Behaviors “Organizational behavior defines how an organization is run, where it fits into a particular industry and what its future will hold. This is important because organization is at the core of what makes a company what it is, whether that company provides health care to millions of people or sells home goods at a tiny general store.” (Emma, 2019) Components of Organizational Behavior There are several components of organizational behaviors. Outstanding Leadership- good values, respect, goal-oriented, flexible, reliable, commitment, and emotional intelligence. Technology- been up-to-date, and secure. Organizational structure- this is how the organization is built. Culture and Attitudes- Positivity, understanding, and accepting change and others values. Communication- effective, clear, and awareness of nonverbal and body language.
