Romeo and Juliet AnalysisRomeo and Juliet, the star crossed lovers we have all gotten to know and to love. Their interactions, however, are always quite significant not because of the cheesy phrases they use but because of the meaning behind their simple words. So today, I’ll be breaking down the interaction between Romeo and Juliet that occurs in Act 3 Scene 5. The romantic scene starts off with Romeo and Juliet spending the morning together in Juliet’s bedroom. A couple of things I want to address, the first being the symbolism behind the lark. As the scene takes place duringdawn, the couple hears the sounds of a morningbird that greets the day, insisting it was a nightingale so they need not part. This, firstly, displays the depth of what they think is love and how it translates into them needing to spend every minute of the day with one another.
