The Ruby Ridge shooting was an incident that occurred in 1992, both the FBI and US Marshals engaged in an 11-day standoff with a family of white separatists. Randy Weaver, the main white separatist made the move with his family to a rural cabin on a mountain, Ruby Ridge. Weaver shared his anti-government views with those of a group of Aryan Nations. Weaver was pursued in a weapons charge from ATF. After failing to appear at his trial, the court issued a warrant for his arrest. The US Marshall took lead and were tasked with arresting him, knowing and having information that the family will be armed, they planned carefully. During one of the surveillances that the US Marshals had conducted on the Ruby Ridge property, three were shot and killed. The
