Creativity involves generation of new ideas in any environment, situation or setting. That
is at school, offices, homes and in the business world. We have heard autonomous and super-
structural positions in the past and therefore, culture has become a central aspect of modern
societies. Cultural creativity is correlated with literacy creation and artistic world in the past
hence making it a new concept. Given that the world is ever changing, brilliant ideas are
essential to stay competitive in the present world. It is however, noted that coming up with new
ideas is a bit challenging due to the fact that individuals find it difficult to get beyond the
obvious. Therefore, true creativity requires one to be open to the world challenges and
possibilities and should have the ability to break new ground. One can use culture creativity in
making social transformation, formation of identities. Additionally, one can use culture creativity
to come up with innovations that are profitable to the company or organization.
