The first future trend that I have identified is team based collaborative care. There has
been a move to abandon individual care and go for collaborative care. The collaborative care will
see to it that health care organizations manage care and treat patients who are in chronic
conditions. It includes provision of behavioral health, mental health and services related to
substance use. This trend we ensure that people receive quality care that enhance their living
conditions (Koch, 2006). The second trend identified is the move of health facilities from health
cares to health creation centers.
There is a trend to reduce the cost of health care and
subsequently improving the quality care services which make the health organizations to be
health creation centers. The last future trend is raising the bar on leadership. The disciplined
