MGT497 Strategic Information Technology Plan (Final Paper) Abstract This paper examines the Strategic Information Technology Plan for The Coca-Cola Company and discusses the development of strategic information and technology within the organization. It is used by aligning the business and technology with the managers throughout the industry and around the globe. It demonstrates the necessity for technology across borders, production, tracking, and delivery. The Coca-Cola Company incorporated the IT planning outcome. This paper also demonstrates how the company considers upgrades containing acquisitions, partnerships and approaches identifying how the company’s IT department can impact the entire process. The use of information technology is a competitive method. This paper also examines the efforts to build a framework to integrate the procedure comprehensively.
