Students will learn about the components of fitness and how they relate to a healthy life style. 2. Students will learn about nutrition, stress and other topics that relate to a healthy life style. 3. Students will develop a personal fitness program 4. Students will improve their cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. 5. Students will learn how to improve their swimming. 6. Students will learn how to make positive changes in their body composition. GRADING CRITERIA 1. Written Exams Midterm 15% Final 25% 2. Cardiovascular 450 yard swim 20% 1650 yard swim 10% 3. Muscular Strength
