Greeks had images and statues of their gods and goddesses placed in temples for many purposes. Egyptian mythological gods were influenced by nature and events affecting Egypt itself. A tranquil nature offered gods and goddesses a realm of shaping the latter. From module, Grecian gods and goddess mythology is more powerful for its followers. Greek gods and goddess in their hybridization of human and animals are viewed to influence nature rather than be influenced to alter nature. Hence, reverence paid to them is due to the meaning and power they hold rather than they are to be bestowed with. They are brought out to have human attributes of marrying and giving birth.
