What do you believe is the dominant diversity issue for educators? For students? How can you, as an educational leader, assist your faculty in effectively dealing with diversity?I have a different belief with diversity than the majority of people do. I believe that in order to effectively battle diversity, educators need to be color blind, so to speak.
