Chapter 10 Hands-On Project 10-4 1. I click Start then Control Panel, next I double-click on Administrative Tools and lastly I double-click Local Security Policy. You can also go to start then go to Administrative Tools under Control Panel. 2. Under Account Policies I click to expand the options and then I click Password Policy. Before I go on to number 3 I want to write what the current settings are, so that I can change them after the exercise. 3. I double-click Enforce password history in the right pane. I then set the value from 0 to 10 and then I click OK. 4. I double-click Maximum password age also in the right pane, I then set the value from 42 days to 30

I double-click Maximum password length also in the right pane, I then set the value from 0 characters to 5 characters and then I click OK. 7. I double-click Password must meet complexity requirements also in the right pane, I then I change the value from disabled to enabled option button and then I click OK. 8. Since I am finished I will change back my settings to the default settings and then close Local Security Settings....
