Pre-lab Questions Handed to teacher before experiment began III. Experiment Procedure A. Gather the Following tools, Run tests, and gather data 1. Gather Tools a) Five 10mL pipettes b) Four 5mL pipettes c) Five paper towels with with one of the following labels and pipettes: (1) KI with one 10 mL and one 5 mL pipettes (2) Na 2 S 2 O 3 with one 10 mL pipette (3) HCl with one 10 mL and one 5 mL pipettes (4) H 2 O with one 10 mL and one 5 mL pipettes (5) KBrO 3 with one 10 mL and one 5 mL pipettes d) Stopwatch e) Three 250 mL Erlenmeyer Flask one labeled A, another B, and the other C. f) Agitation or Stirring device 2. Assign responsibilities and tasks 3. Fill each flask according to Reactant Volumes ( see Table 1 ). a) Fill flask A with KI and Na 2 S 2 O 3 b) Fill flask B with HCl and H 2 O c) Fill flask C with KBrO 3 and 4 drops of Starch 4.
