INTRODUCING A NEW CONSUMER PRODUCT TO THE MARKET 2 Introducing a New Consumer Product to the Market Many companies avoid bringing on a new product because they are worried about any adverse reviews or effects. Any given brand will attempt to create a platform in which the new product can thrive and create value to all consumers. Introduction any new product into the market creates an environment in which we can all see the development of the segmentation, target, and positioning strategies. Businesses are often all too excited by their new product or service that they forget a lot of important research strategies and concepts. It’s not fair to expect that your brand-new product will thrive if you have not done the proper research. I have chosen to research the “at home treadmill/ workout equipment” for the sake of all of the buzz around the newsworthy “Peleton” commercials. Consumer Product I am planning on studying at home workout equipment. These products are workout devices that are normally used for cardio or strength training. These pieces of workout equipment are ideal for getting fit, staying will and will be ideal for home use. Theses product will be safe for any kind of workouts that one may want to have at home.
