An unwanted reaction would be arguing if it should be a free service, or a benefit like insurance where you pay in a little each month. I would propose it as a free or near free service. I would find it negative if they suggested charging a lot of money for this service. I could take the steps of first proposing I like a benefit to be paid a small amount in each month based on the person's pay like insurance.

Workers having the freedom to pop in and check on their kids during break would make mothers who wish they could afford to stay home feel a lot less guilty, therefore working harder and more confidently....
