ABSTRACT This research entitled "The Effects of Procrastination and Cramming among Senior High School Students” aims to discuss and introduce the common effects that will eventually affect the student’s grades not only their grades but also their performance on doing such important things. Students love to procrastinate and cram that they didn't think about the side effects of it. There are reasons why do students procrastinate: lack of resources, more important things to do, and chose not to do something because they don't want to do it. Procrastination not only as the putting off of something until tomorrow, but also undertaking other, less important tasks as a means of putting off the more important ones. The main objective of this research is to know and understand the effects of procrastination and cramming and seek to find effective solutions and to pursue students that doing their school works first is more than important than doing nothing.
