Surname1Becoming the president of any republic is a huge job which has a lot of responsibilities and is very demanding in nature. The duties of any president are outlined by the constitution. Other than this the change in modern technology and the modern society, have greatly expanded the expectations of the president in many ways. In this paper we shall clearly discuss the main or most important role of the president and why are these roles important.The first major role of the president is that he is the Commander in Chief. The president is in charge and control of the countries Armed Forces, the Coastguard, the Marine, the Air Forceand the Navy. The location of the troops is determined and decided by the president himself, the decision on how the weapons will be used and where the Navy ships will go are all decided by the head of state. The president gives all orders to the military generals, which are later transferred to the soldiers so that they can take action. The president has responsibilities as the
