Central Dogma Model Project Description You and a group of peers will work together to create a living, moving model of the central dogma. You will get access to several different craft materials, but need to construct a model that allows someone to investigate and see the different steps and processes of Replication, Transcription and Translation. Guidelines The DNA must contain the nitrogenous base sequence of TAC and AT LEAST 9 nitrogenous bases again before using the sequence ACT. Your groups models must work together from DNA replication to translation. The enzymes do not need to be able to perform the function that they do, however they still need to be shown. Each group of 3 can work independently on their projects, but will ultimately rely on the group of 9 to complete the entire project. Replication must include: Helicase, Gyrase, Polymerase 1, Polymerase 3, Primase, Ligase, Single Stranded Binding Proteins.
